We are an established and growing private practice in the suburbs of Pittsburgh focused on empowering individuals to navigate life’s challenges and build stronger connections. We are currently seeking a licensed mental health clinician to join our team on a full-time contract basis.
*We are willing to interview pre-licensed clinicians with couples and family therapy experience.*

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPC/LMFT/LCSW to provide therapy services to clients navigating relational and mental health challenges. The therapist will assess client needs, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and help improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of diverse client concerns and strong clinical knowledge to utilize interventions to help reach their goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients and develop tailored treatment plans for individuals and families
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations
Requirements
- A licensed professional counselor (LPC), licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), or licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) is required
- All updated clearances
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working as a couples/family therapist or child/adolescent therapist is strongly considered
- Fluent with mental health medical terminology, diagnoses, and electronic health record keeping
Compensation
- Regional scale compensation is discussed during the first interview
